This isn't a cold plunge party. It's a structured, science-backed workshop that prepares your mind and body before you touch the ice.

THE SCIENCE

Beyond the hype. Understand the physiology: how oxygen, CO2, and cold create beneficial stress on your nervous system. No mystical nonsense.

THE BREATH

Deep immersive breathwork sessions. Multiple rounds of guided Wim Hof breathing with real-time coaching on your technique.

THE MINDSET

Mental preparation for the cold. Learn to recognise your stress response and train yourself to find calm within discomfort.

THE ICE

Guided ice bath immersion. By this point, your body and mind are prepared — the cold won't feel like an attack. It'll feel like a reset.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Is this safe?

Yes. I follow strict physiological protocols as a certified instructor. My job is to keep your nervous system in the growth zone, never the panic zone. You have full control at every moment — we never force anything. This is about mastery, not ego.

Do I need to be fit or experienced?

No. This is not a workout — it's a reset of your nervous system. My participants range from 18 to 80. If you can breathe, you can do this.

Can women do this?

Absolutely. Cold exposure can be great for hormonal balance, but your body has different cycles. We listen to your body and adapt. No pressure, just flow.

Who should NOT do this?

Safety is my priority. If you are pregnant, have epilepsy, or have serious cardiovascular conditions, this workshop is not suitable for you at this time. For everyone else, we have protocols to keep it safe.

What should I bring?

Just a towel, swimwear, and comfortable clothing. Everything else — mats, water, ice, and lunch — is provided.

I already do cold showers — how is this different?

A cold shower and an ice bath are completely different mirrors. The ice bath shows you how you react to deep stress. I'll teach you to switch off the panic response and find your calm centre. By the time we reach the water, your body and mind are so well prepared that the cold doesn't feel like an attack — it feels like a reset.

What's the group size?

Maximum 12 participants. Small enough for personal coaching through the ice bath, large enough for group energy during the breathwork.

What's the refund policy?

Full refund up to 7 days before the session. Within 7 days, you can transfer your spot to someone else. Booking and payments are handled through the official Wim Hof Method platform.
